CASE Management
Our hope is to meet you, assess how we can help, and track our progress by recording steps taken towards resolutions and solutions- and following up. And in the future, if we find things that may be helpful, we will reach out and keep in touch.

So many times we are confronted by an unexpected life event or challenge, and don’t quite know where to go or who to see. Part of our mission is to be able to point you in the right direction and get you where you need to go. And perhaps you’ll even find you’ve made a friend along the way, as well as feeling a little more hopeful.
